Hello friends, family, new and old acquaintances! Some of you may know me from my work in ministry, church, extended family connections, or teaching theater and literature. Some of you are meeting me for the first time here on the website. I hope the following information is interesting or useful to you. I look forward to working with you as we set and meet your goals for real estate in Western North Carolina.
Getting to know me~

Born and raised in the Tarheel state, the North Carolina mountains are my home. After graduating from Tuscola High School in Waynesville N. C., I obtained my BS Ed in Theater and Literature at Western Carolina University, with teaching certifications in both areas. While growing up, both my parents were realtors in Haywood County where they owned and successfully operated Brannon and Associates Realty Company until their retirement. My father, Robert Brannon, was instrumental in founding the Haywood County Board of Realtors.

In 1996, I met and married a third generation builder from Charlottesville, Virginia., even though he did attend UNC-Chapel Hill! His father and grandfather were extremely successful general contractors, and his mother has been a top producing realtor in the Charlottesville area since 1977. Tom continues that tradition here in our region of North Carolina, and I have been his assistant and partner for years with Lasley Construction Company. We have purchased, renovated, and either sold or held for rental purposes over 20 investment homes and properties in the Asheville area, and currently have 14 rental units.

Our family, (Lynn, Tom, Roselyn, Caitlin, Colin, and Tommy) has resided in Asheville for many years. Our older children live in Asheville, New York and in Highlands, North Carolina. Roselyn, our six year old firecracker, manages to keep her older siblings and her parents wrapped around her little finger. Our family has been very active in our church. I worked there full-time in ministry after receiving my Christian Education certificate, until I entered into my current career in real estate services.

After leaving my position as Christian Education Outreach Director in the fall of 2005, I began real estate training. I completed the basic requirements and became a licensed professional in February, 2006. Since that time, I have continued my education through additional course work, mentorship, and have gained extensive on the job experience. I will be a Million Dollar Producer in my first full year of real estate practice. My exposure to seasoned realtors and builders throughout my life, my own educational and experiential background, combined with my personal skills and desire to be in a service oriented profession qualifies me to provide you with a unique match of service, skills, and resources to meet any real estate need or want.
